massive gym, Guerlain Spa, excellent wine selection
The location on a steep hill makes for a tiring walk if you miss the shuttle bus!!! The parking situation is ridiculous, forcing guests to hike with their luggage!!!

No complains at all, a quite comfortable experience, would definitely return. Top rated hotel in an amazing location, has glorious views of the tower and surround hills. The staff are courteous and fast and provide an exceptional service. The cigar bar is a nice plus.

The best and worst parts
Excellent service from friendly staff. The wellness centre had very nice facilities like a spacious pool, saunas, and a gym.
The breakfast was often overcrowded and chaotic! It felt overwhelming at times, diminishing the overall dining experience.

The atmosphere was warm and cute, with great service and beautiful facilities like the wellness center. My previous visit to seoul didn't compare. This time really exceeded my expectations during my summer holiday.
the outdoor pool access was overpriced.

Great spot but parking woes
The fitness center is dope. The bar was nice for chilling after a long day. Staff was super nice, but the parking was a mess. Had to wait 25 mins to get my car at checkout when I was in a rush. Food was on point too!

Not quite the luxury I expected
So, I stayed for 8 nights in a lovely room, Delux Twin, the view was great, and honestly, the bedding was like sleeping on clouds! They had these fancy Molton Brown toiletries.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I was okay with it.

We explored the amazing shopping options and enjoyed the fine views from our room. The staff was super accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Just a heads-up, the location is on a hill, which might be a little tricky after a long day.
One downside was the high prices for extras, like the bar beverages, which I found a bit excessive.
